Returning a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the product.

Your right to do so is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the delivery.

The price for using this return form is £ 4, paid by you, the customer.

Returns or replacement policy does not apply on personalized products.

How will you pay for shipping?

When we receive your return, the amount for the product / products will be refunded, excluding the cost of £ 4 for return shipping.

Exchanging a product?

If you want to make an exchange, do exactly as specified above, but add a new order for the product for which you wish to make an exchange.
